Elbaba earns her second ACC weekly honor after posting a 3-0 singles record, including two wins against ranked opponents, and 2-0 doubles mark as No. 27 Virginia defeated top-ranked North Carolina and North Carolina Central last Saturday. The win over No. 1 North Carolina marked Virginia's first win against a top-ranked program in school history.

In the 4-3 win at North Carolina, Elbaba defeated No. 43 Zoe De Bruycker 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and clinched the doubles point for UVa with Hana Tomljanovic (Boca Raton, Fla.), defeating the Tar Heels' Tessa Lyons and Gina Suarez-Malaguti, 8-5, at No. 2 doubles.

In the 4-3 loss at Duke on Friday, Elbaba defeated No. 52 Ester Goldfeld of Duke 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 at No. 2 singles and teamed with Tomljanovic to beat Hanna Mar and Mary Clayton, 8-5, at No. 2 doubles.

Elbaba, who is ranked No. 15 in singles, added a 6-0, 6-1 win over North Carolina Central's Olysya Palko on Saturday.
